Tickets are sold on a strictly no-refund and no-exchange basis. Refunds will not be issued if you are unable to attend, are refused entry, or are evicted from the venue. Refunds are only issued as required by Australian Consumer Law or if the event is officially cancelled by the organisers.

In the event The Age cancels Melbourne Assembly due to unforeseen circumstances (including venue issues or public health restrictions), ticket holders will be notified promptly via email. You will receive a full refund - including all transaction fees - processed back to your original payment method within six weeks. Please note that The Age is unable to cover any independent travel or accommodation costs.
